Standard Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard tracked shipping for $6.30 Australia-wide via Sendle.
All orders have a handling time of 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping

Need it a little faster? Express shipping is available for $16.50.
Please note: This speeds up the delivery service only—it does not fast-track our handling or production times.

Express shipping is currently not available for international orders.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

Shipping to New Zealand

• Free shipping for orders over $130 AUD

International Shipping

Due to ongoing changes and impacts from COVID-19, some deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend allowing an extra 1–2 weeks for your parcel to arrive.

While delays are out of our control, we're always here to help—reach out and we’ll gladly assist with lodging a delivery enquiry with the carrier.

Parcel Tracking

All parcels are shipped with Sendle with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation or shipping notification email.

You can track your parcel anytime using the Sendle Tracking Tool. You'll also receive a notification once your order is successfully delivered.


Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Yippie is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

However, we’re happy to help you with any info you need to lodge an enquiry with Sendle (or another carrier, if used). If you prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please let us or Sendle know in advance.
